Your requirements first
The right service for your situation
South London directors who want one defined company compliance engagement rather than a generic local accountancy listing.
- Statutory accounts and CT600
- Company-secretarial support at the chosen level
- Bookkeeping, VAT and payroll where selected
- Director return within its stated income scope
One company, several filing responsibilities
A limited company is separate from its directors and shareholders. Statutory accounts, Corporation Tax, payroll, VAT and the confirmation statement have different purposes and deadlines. We set out which obligations we handle and what records the director must provide.
Company money must be distinguished from personal spending, salary, dividends and director loans. Reconciled records support the accounts and tax computation; a bank balance is neither accounting profit nor automatically available for dividends.
Accounts and CT600: the year-end foundation
We prepare the accounts under the framework appropriate to the company, make the agreed year-end adjustments and prepare the tax computation and CT600. Eligible micro and small companies have different reporting options; eligibility depends on the statutory conditions, not our pricing band alone.
Directors review and approve drafts before the agreed filings are submitted. Keep the submission acknowledgements: an order confirmation is not proof that HMRC or Companies House has accepted the return. Long first periods can need two Corporation Tax returns.
Separate payment dates from filing dates
Subsequent private-company accounts are normally due nine months after the accounting reference date. Most smaller companies pay Corporation Tax nine months and one day after the tax period, while the usual CT600 deadline is 12 months after it. First accounts, altered reference dates and instalment-paying companies require separate checks.
A confirmation statement updates registered company information; it does not replace accounts or a tax return. The online Companies House fee is £50 from 1 February 2026 and may change again. Statutory fees and taxes are separate from professional charges.
Add regular processing only where needed
Selected ongoing packages add bookkeeping, quarterly MTD VAT returns and payroll. Agree who maintains the records, which employees and transactions are covered, and when records must be supplied. A company with stock, several processors or overseas transactions needs that complexity identified early.
The package’s included director Self Assessment covers salary and dividends from the same company. Rental income, capital gains or other personal work must be separately scoped. Management accounts, KPI reporting, rolling forecasts, annual planning and specialist relief scoping are not automatic Growth inclusions.
Serving South London from Morden
Our office at 12 London Road, Morden serves directors in South London, including Croydon, Wimbledon, Mitcham and Sutton. Meetings are by appointment; records and approvals can be handled online. We do not claim a separate physical office in each district through this page.
When switching, begin with the approaching deadlines and periods already assigned to your previous accountant. With authority, we request professional clearance and available records, then confirm responsibility for each filing. Historic catch-up work is assessed separately.
One-off year end or a continuing engagement
Published limited-company packages start at £45.83 plus VAT per month. Your turnover, chosen services and periods determine the applicable order or proposal. Personal returns, property work and technical advice have their own scope; the company starting fee is not a universal tax-advice price.
One-off Year End Accounts + CT600 start from £450.40 plus VAT in the lowest turnover band. Choose the company, type and periods in the online order. Dormant options have their own fixed scope; no sales alone does not establish Companies House dormancy.
