Our fixed monthly packages start at £45.83 plus VAT for a dormant or very small company, £62.50 plus VAT with bookkeeping and VAT returns, and £75.00 plus VAT with payroll for up to five employees. The fee is agreed in writing before work starts, and one-off work is quoted separately at a fixed price.
Yes, if you choose a regulated firm. ACCOTAX London Limited is regulated by ICAEW, with ACCA and AAT qualified staff and £2 million of professional indemnity insurance. The regulation, standards and insurance are identical whether you meet us in Morden, Croydon, Chelsea or Mitcham, or never visit at all.
We are a Xero Gold partner and also work with QuickBooks and FreeAgent. Your records stay in software you can log into at any time — you are never locked into a system only we can see.
Yes. We write to your current accountant for professional clearance, collect your records and opening balances, and take over the HMRC and Companies House agent authorisations. There is no fee for the handover, and we check your upcoming deadlines on day one.
No. Everything can run by email, phone, video call and secure upload. If you would like a face-to-face meeting, our offices are in Morden, Croydon, Chelsea and Mitcham, by appointment.
