New shares must be allotted by the correct authority, recorded in the register of members and reported to Companies House on form SH01 within one month. Changes to persons with significant control must be notified within 14 days of the company learning of them.
The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act tightened identity verification and Companies House's power to query filings, so an out-of-date register is now a live risk rather than a tidy-up job for later.

The relevant calendar may include annual accounts, Corporation Tax payment and return dates, confirmation statements, VAT returns, payroll submissions and Self Assessment. We map the dates from your company year end and registrations.
