Record the decision in minutes, get the new director's consent and personal code, file AP01 (or TM01 for a resignation) and update your register of directors. Check whether a PSC change is also needed.
Update your bank mandate and, if the director is paid, add them to payroll. HMRC picks up officer changes, but update your agent and online accounts access.
