We act for limited companies across London, Morden, Croydon, Sutton and the rest of the UK, online and on a fixed monthly fee. Here is exactly what happens when you work with us, so there are no surprises about who does what or when.

Six stages, start to finish.
2. Fixed fee quote
You get a written quote listing exactly what is included, what is not, and the monthly price. No hourly surprises and no charge for ordinary emails.
3. Onboarding and handover
We run anti money laundering identity checks, send an engagement letter, register as your agent with HMRC and Companies House, and collect records from your previous accountant.
4. Cloud records set up
We set up or tidy your bookkeeping in Xero or QuickBooks, connect bank feeds, and agree who codes what each month so the numbers stay current.
5. The monthly rhythm
Bookkeeping reviewed, VAT returns prepared and filed under Making Tax Digital, payroll run and RTI submitted, pension uploads made, questions answered as they come up.
6. Year end and beyond
Statutory accounts, corporation tax return and director Self Assessment prepared, explained in plain English, approved by you, then filed. We follow with the tax planning points worth acting on.

Bank feeds connected, sales and purchase paperwork uploaded as it happens, payroll changes told to us before the pay run, and a reply when we ask a question at year end. That is genuinely it. Everything else sits with us.
