What we cannot do

Short answer

We can confirm figures and facts that are evidenced in accounts, tax returns and company records we hold, such as income, shareholding or trading history. We cannot certify eligibility or predict a Home Office decision, which follows the published guidance for the specific route.

What we can confirm

Where records support it, we can provide a letter or reference confirming matters such as company turnover, your salary and dividends, your shareholding percentage, how long the company has traded, or that accounts and tax filings are up to date. Each statement is limited to what the accounts, tax returns or Companies House record actually show.

Requirements vary significantly between visa categories and change over time, so always check the current published guidance for the specific route, or ask an immigration adviser, for what documents and wording are required before requesting a reference from us.

What we cannot do

We are not immigration advisers and do not assess whether a document meets Home Office requirements, comment on eligibility for a visa, or predict how an application will be decided. Where an immigration adviser has told you exactly what wording is needed, share that with us and we will confirm whether it matches records we hold.

We also cannot certify figures that are not yet reflected in filed accounts or returns, or invent supporting detail that the records do not show. If a document specifies information outside our knowledge, such as personal circumstances, that should come from you or your immigration adviser, not from us.

Before you act

Rates, thresholds and deadlines quoted here reflect the 2026/27 UK position and current Companies House and HMRC guidance. Check GOV.UK, or ask us, before relying on them for your own company.
