Short answer

Mail forwarding takes post sent to your UK business address and gets it to you wherever you are. Statutory letters from Companies House and HMRC are opened and scanned the day they arrive; other post is scanned or physically forwarded, priced on volume.

How the service works

Post arrives at our London Road office. Statutory correspondence is opened, scanned and emailed to you the same day so filing deadlines and HMRC letters are never sitting in a pile. Everything else is handled the way you choose: scanned, held for collection, or forwarded by post.

Scanning or physical forwarding

Scanning suits almost everyone. It is faster, there is nothing to lose in transit, and you keep a searchable record. Physical forwarding matters when originals are needed: bank cards, certificates, signed contracts and some HMRC documents. Overseas forwarding is priced at cost plus handling.

What we will not forward

We do not accept parcels, goods, or mail addressed to people and companies that are not on the service. Post for a company we do not act for will be returned to sender, which is a condition of running an address that Companies House accepts.

Pricing

Mail handling sits on top of the address service, which starts at £10 a month. Volume drives the cost, so tell us roughly how many items a month you expect and where they need to go, and you will get a fixed monthly figure before you commit.

Before you act

Rates, thresholds and deadlines quoted here reflect the current UK position and current HMRC and Companies House guidance. Check GOV.UK, or ask us, before relying on them for your own business.
