Diligence tests whether your reported numbers reconcile to your bank, your platform and your filed accounts. Gaps between them are the most common cause of delay and of terms moving against the founders late in a process.
Post-round obligations matter too: EIS and SEIS compliance statements, share allotments filed at Companies House, updated statutory registers and the investor reporting promised in the shareholders' agreement.

The relevant calendar may include annual accounts, Corporation Tax payment and return dates, confirmation statements, VAT returns, payroll submissions and Self Assessment. We map the dates from your company year end and registrations.
